The Comedy of Terrors (1963)
In the late 19th century, we meet the unscrupulous Waldo Trumbull in the quaint New England town of New Gilead. Waldo, a perpetually drunken undertaker, runs a funeral parlor he acquired from his former business partner, Amos Hinchley. Unfortunately for Waldo, business has been slow, and he’s drowning in overdue rent payments to his landlord, John F. Black. Desperate to keep his funeral parlor afloat, Waldo hatches a darkly comedic plan: he and his bumbling assistant, Felix Gillie, decide to murder wealthy clients to increase business. Their modus operandi includes reusing the firm’s sole coffin to save costs. But things take an unexpected turn when they attempt to kill their landlord, Mr. Black.

A Bullet for Billy the Kid (1963)
In the vast expanse of the American West, we meet the enigmatic Billy Kid, a seasoned gunfighter with a past as rugged as the sun-scorched desert. Tired of the blood-soaked life he’s led, Billy decides to hang up his six-shooter and seek redemption. Accompanied by his steadfast sister, Marla, Billy embarks on a treacherous journey to their inherited ranch. The path is fraught with danger—gunmen lurk in the shadows, and lawmen doggedly pursue him. But Billy’s determination burns hotter than the midday sun. As they ride through arid canyons and wind-whipped plains, the siblings encounter a motley crew of characters: grizzled outlaws, desperate settlers, and mysterious strangers. Each encounter tests Billy’s resolve and forces him to confront his violent past.
