This is the first of several media collections from other noteworthy films that played the Pacific Northwest in 1963. While these don't have enough content to warrant their own pages they should not be dismissed as lesser films; the majority of them are well worth watching.

The Day Mars Invaded Earth (1962)
A NASA scientist, Dr. David Fielding, is shocked to discover that a mysterious energy surge has destroyed his Mars probe. He soon realizes that the same energy has transported Martian invaders to Earth, who can create perfect duplicates of him and his family. The Martians intend to stop any further exploration of their planet by replacing key humans with their clones. Dr. Fielding and his family must fight to survive and expose the alien plot before they are replaced by their sinister doubles.

Peeping Tom (1960)
Mark Lewis is a lonely and disturbed young man who works as a camera assistant in a film studio. He is also a serial killer who films his female victims as they die in terror from his hidden blade. He is haunted by his childhood trauma of being experimented on by his scientist father, who recorded his reactions to fear and pain. He meets Helen, a kind woman who lives in the same building as him and develops a tentative friendship with her. However, his obsession with capturing the ultimate expression of fear on film drives him to continue his murderous spree, even as the police close in on him.

Well after its controversial release in Europe, the people of Seattle got to witness Michael Powell's serial killer classic. With no press and nondescript ads, this was probably dismissed as a nudie film. As it only had a one-week run I doubt many saw it.
