S2C Needs You!! The Fundraiser begins for S2C's upcoming album

Alrighty folks, here's the scoop. After spending the last 7 years rocking out with all of you wonderful people, while at the same time watching the decline of many record companies and their lack of support for any band that wasn't an instant cash cow, we've decided to remove the middle man, and wor...

Oh man! That blows! I hope you didn't have too much complication from that. What a terrible time to find out about an allergy! Glad you're better though. Got pix? Threw up blood for a bit and a crapload of pain since the damn stuff wasn't working, but but switched over to tylenol-4 instead, which i...

Quick, codeine induced update:

Surgery went fine, though I found out the hard way I'm allergic to HydroCodone.

Got the packing and splints out today, and hopefully will be in good enough shape to make it back to work in the next week.

Thanks to all the well wishers.

Thanks Lee,

I'm actually thinking it'll be more on the lines of Beggin Strips, but we'll just have to see what kind of magic appears.

Nice, guys! I'm having the operation done by Dr. Gregory Chan, who also works with the Seattle Opera (referred to him by my Andy Shaw), so even if he packs me with fresh sheared wool I'm pretty confident he should do a good job. :metal: I'll of course update eveyone once the surgery is done....

Scott’s Surgery / S2C Prepares to hit the Studio

No worries folks, the surgery's nothing super serious. I'll be getting a procedure done known as a Septoplasty. You can watch our newest webisode for details on the what the hell that is! ( http://www.myspace.com/s2crocks - browse to the webisode section) The bad news is it will put me out of commis...

Tonight, S2C's Last show of the year......we think!! Maggie O'Tooles

That's right folks, between me going in for surgery and our recording schedule, we aren't scheduling any more show for the rest of '08, so your last chance to catch us this year will be tonight at Maggie O'Tooles in Tacoma. Come have a blast with us one more time to send out a great '08 with a bang!...

I honestly doubt the central will suffer long term, but it's demographic will most likely take a large shift in the next few months (except of course for the rider's, who as Charlie mentioned, aren't hardly ever inside for the music anywasy:cheers:). The origination of the post was one more of frust...

If the club is going to multiple nights of DJ'd music, so be it. I think it sucks, but I understand the logistics and financial side of it. My main contention is on nights that they DO have live music, they need to have someone running the sound who knows the room and can make it sound like it shoul...

That's why we need to send mail to Guy (guy@centralsaloon.com) letting him know it was a mistake and should be fixed ASAP.

I think the new booker's name is Dickie, or something.

Josh knows for certain.

Change @ The Central -What to do? Please Read!!

As some of you may have heard or experienced first hand, Daniel, the sound man at the Central, was let go. While I cannot say that I am privy to all of the facts behind the situation, but it seems to be directly related to the new booking company that is now working with the central. S2C, has had th...

Tonight 8/20 @ The Central. Bleez's B-Day Bash!

Lot's of surprises with the Who's Buying set, and of course S2C there to make asses of ourselves in as many ways as possible. Wah, we all have to work tomorrow, so at least...
